These terms describe use of the RIZE website and interactive platform preview. The preview uses sample accounts, simulated balances and illustrative opportunities; it does not take payments, open custody accounts, verify identity or execute investments. The commercial terms below describe the proposed service for review. Before real paid services launch, RIZE will identify the contracting legal entity, its address and applicable service terms at checkout.
1. Your account and membership
Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account or impersonate another person. Membership is for adults aged 18 or over, subject to local eligibility requirements. Browsing the Media library, Club date previews and Invest asset cards does not require a paid membership. Accessing content, selecting Club experiences, exploring full asset details and creating or linking a wallet requires an active membership with the relevant access.
Media + Club includes those two services. RIZE World also includes Invest access, subject to identity checks and the requirements of each opportunity. Membership is an access fee; services, additional tokens and investment capital are separate. Both plans include four complimentary Club tokens per membership year. Investment returns, event selection and specific privileges are not guaranteed by membership.
2. Price, payment schedule and renewal
The current proposed launch prices are $149 per year for Media + Club and $240 per year for RIZE World, in USD. Monthly payment options are 12 payments of $14.90 ($178.80 per year) and 12 payments of $24 ($288 per year), respectively. Monthly billing spreads a 12-month membership commitment; it is not a month-to-month membership. Any applicable taxes, payment fees and total payable must be shown before a real purchase is confirmed.
Paid checkout requires a separate, unchecked authorisation for the displayed recurring payment schedule and applicable renewal fees. Annual plans renew annually; monthly plans renew for a further 12-month term on their monthly schedule. RIZE will provide confirmation of the agreed schedule and applicable renewal notices. A price change will be communicated before renewal, with additional consent obtained where required by law.
You can turn automatic renewal off in You → My membership before the next term begins. Access continues until the current term ends. Turning renewal off stops the next term; it does not by itself cancel instalments already agreed for the current term, subject to your statutory cancellation rights. A valid invitation may waive a membership fee. A waived term does not authorise future paid debits or require payment details; a future paid renewal needs a new agreement. Reaching Silver Passport status during the initial membership year earns the proposed second-year membership fee waiver. No membership fee is charged for that waived year. Any later paid renewal must follow a valid payment authorisation and the required renewal notices.
Media + Club members can upgrade to RIZE World by paying the displayed annual difference, currently $91. Any effect on the billing schedule and next renewal must be explained and agreed before the upgrade is completed.
3. Identity, eligibility and discovery profile
Club and Invest require identity, address and other applicable eligibility checks. A real verification provider may request identity documents, address evidence, a selfie and information needed for anti-money-laundering checks. A verification outcome may restrict access to a regulated or age-restricted service. The preview only simulates this process; use sample documents rather than real identity material.
Club members must complete the discovery profile before choosing event dates. Profile information supports pairing and does not guarantee a particular match. Guest participation is available only where the event permits it and is subject to the stated identity requirements.
4. Wallet, Club tokens and event participation
A valid membership is required to create or link a wallet. Cash, Club tokens and Invest tokens are separate balances. Real custody, payment, withdrawal and safeguarding arrangements will be explained in the relevant provider terms before those services are used. Never disclose a wallet seed phrase or private key to RIZE.
Club token bundles are currently proposed at 2 tokens for $79, 6 for $199, 12 for $349 or 20 for $499. Purchased Club tokens are valid for one year from purchase; the included membership tokens are valid for that membership year. Expiry dates and upcoming expiry counts appear in the wallet. Club tokens are for eligible event participation and are not Invest tokens. Any refund or cancellation rights are subject to applicable law and the specific service terms.
Choosing up to four eligible dates records availability and does not deduct tokens or guarantee an invitation. Matching normally occurs two days before an event. An invitation shows the experience details, token cost and confirmation deadline, normally eight hours after invitation. Tokens are deducted on confirmation. Waiting-list and carry-forward arrangements are shown in Club. Event-specific cancellation, guest charges and refund terms must be disclosed before confirmation.
5. Invest opportunities and tokens
Invest tokens have a proposed reference unit value of $1,000 and do not expire. Members may purchase from one token; the minimum participation in a primary opportunity is ten tokens. A token reference value is not a guaranteed market price, cash redemption promise or investment return. Asset participation, ownership rights and restrictions depend on the opportunity’s legal documents.
Equity opportunities relate to a stated share in an asset company; key opportunities relate to ownership associated with a specified residence or villa and may also permit fractional participation. Primary opportunities raise funds for an asset; secondary opportunities offer a resale of an existing holding. Resales may permit partial purchases and have seller-selected expiry dates. Unsold tokens reserved for a listing are released to the seller when that listing expires, subject to the applicable listing rules.
Investment values and income can fall as well as rise. Capital is at risk and liquidity is not guaranteed. Valuations, scenarios, market growth and lifestyle benefits are estimates or illustrations unless expressly confirmed in binding documents. Membership alone does not establish investment suitability or eligibility. Specific subscription, SPV, ownership and resale documents govern each real transaction and take precedence over general descriptions of that transaction.
6. Passport, privileges and referrals
Passport points recognise qualifying commercial activity that generates revenue for RIZE, rather than clicks or time spent browsing. Current illustrative weights are one point for qualifying Media activity, five for Club and thirty for Invest. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond status may unlock eligible lifestyle benefits, subject to the published criteria, availability and partner terms.
RIZE Introductions is a proposed, single-level referral programme. An eligible referrer may choose cash credit, Club tokens, an available lifestyle benefit or no reward. The illustrative reward tier uses qualifying membership, Media and Club purchases settled within the new customer’s first 90 days, excluding taxes, refunds, wallet funding, investment capital and Invest fees. It is reviewed after a further 30 days. Only one referrer and one reward apply per eligible new customer; self-referrals, duplicate accounts and onward referral chains do not qualify. The member reviews and confirms the choice before claiming or declining. Club rewards expire one year after issue; lifestyle benefits depend on partner availability and their disclosed terms. Prototype rewards have no real monetary value. Final values, eligibility, payment and tax treatment, refund adjustments and programme terms must be published before any live referral offer is made.
7. Content, community and acceptable use
Member content is provided for personal use unless a separate licence permits more. Do not reproduce, sell or redistribute protected content without permission. Respect other members, obtain consent before sharing personal details, and do not harass, discriminate, deceive, spam or misuse the platform. Connections and conversations require the applicable invitation acceptance.
Do not bypass membership or security controls, manipulate balances, create fraudulent accounts or upload unlawful material. RIZE may restrict access proportionately where needed to investigate misuse, protect members or comply with law, with notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate. This does not remove statutory rights or valid claims to funds or holdings.
8. Privacy and external services
Read our Privacy notice and Cookies & storage policy. Third-party payment, identity, media, mapping and wallet services may have their own terms. Links to external videos or websites do not make RIZE responsible for their content or availability.
9. Cancellation, refunds and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, RIZE will explain how to exercise it before a real purchase. If immediate performance or digital access affects that right, any legally required express request and acknowledgement will be obtained separately. Event, digital content and investment transactions may have different rules, which must be disclosed before purchase.
Report billing mistakes, failed services or cancellation requests to info@rize.world. Refunds due under law or the agreed service terms will not be replaced by tokens without your agreement. There is no real payment to refund in this prototype.
10. Availability, responsibility and changes
Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. RIZE will use reasonable care and skill and address material service issues appropriately. No term limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable liability for fraud or personal injury. Your mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.
Material changes to membership terms will be communicated before taking effect, with consent or cancellation options where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued contractual rights. Specific real-service contracts will identify their governing law, dispute arrangements and responsible legal entity without restricting mandatory consumer rights.
11. Questions and support
Use Help in the platform or email info@rize.world for membership, billing, accessibility or terms questions. Include your account email and a brief description, but do not email payment card details, passwords or identity documents.
